A special menu for carnival
From Feb. 8 to 13, the Averau Mountain Hut’s kitchen will take you by the throat with a mouth-watering offering in addition to the classic menu:
- Hamon Iberico Belota Maldonato
- Cialsons or ravioli made from potato dough, filled with Agostini-ricotta and dried figs with cinnamon and melted butter
- Grilled 1kg Fiorentina steak with grilled vegetables
- Amarena roll with Zibibbo cream
