These are professionals who collaborate with the film industry and participate in historical re-enactment events in Italy and Europe. The group has at its disposal a rich set of uniforms and materials, including a working field kitchen, beasts of burden and draught, cannons and rifles exact reproductions of those of the time.
At lunch, rations will be served by a Goulaschkanonen working on military mess boxes and, those who wish, can enjoy the war coffee made from dried figs used by the Austrian imperial army.
