The delicate \u201cCappelli d\u2019Alpino<\/strong>\u201c, the \u201cCialsons<\/strong>,\u201d and the aromatic pheasant and broccoli timbale<\/strong> are some of the delicious dishes handed down at the Averau Mountain Hut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The authenticity of typical dishes<\/strong> cooked with care and attention could not but always find the perfect match with the wine list<\/strong><\/a> selected by siblings Matteo and Margot<\/strong>, sommelier and would-be sommelier.<\/p>\n

A wine list<\/strong> that reflects all the shared passion of the family, but that is is realized in Matteo<\/strong> and Margot<\/strong>\u2019s choices.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the high-altitude cellar<\/strong> of the Averau Mountain Hut<\/strong> there are 170 fine labels,<\/strong>Italian and European, selected with care and attention to satisfy the most enthusiastic and shameless wine lovers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Two special selections<\/strong> could not be missing from Rifugio Averau wine list: the first named after the great master Giacomo Tachis<\/strong> and the second dedicated to Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
