DESCRIPTION:\nFrom 15 to 17 February, the kitchen of the Averau Refuge will tempt you with a dedicated menu and a selection of typical Carnival desserts!\n\nMillefeuille of savory chiacchiere, arctic char, guacamole and pomegranate\nCjalsons, ravioli typical of Carnia, made with potato dough, stuffed with ricotta and figs, served with parmesan cheese, cinnamon and melted butter\nApple fritters with cranberry jam (fried at the moment)\n\nAnd for those who love the most authentic traditions, at the bar you will also find the Carafoi, a poor and ancient dessert of the Dolomites: thin fried sheets, woven like ribbons and sprinkled with sugar, once prepared in mountain houses during the Carnival period.\nDiscover the complete menu!\nWe are waiting for you!\n\n\n\n
